Custom designs

Design plans are free. Each nail is hand-painted, so small variations are part of the charm. Complex designs may need a longer appointment, which I'll confirm with you before your booking. Character sets are hand-painted fan art for personal wear.

Touch-ups & fixes

Repairs are free within 5 days of your appointment, then $8 per nail. Please don't pick at it. Damage from picking or from using nails as tools isn't covered.

Booking, deposits & cancellations

A deposit secures your appointment and is applied to your total: $30 for most services, $50 for sets of $150 or more. Reschedule or cancel for free with 48 hours' notice; inside 48 hours or a no-show forfeits the deposit, and repeat no-shows require full prepayment. A $10 late fee applies after a 10-minute grace period, and the appointment is cancelled after 15 minutes. Please arrive with clean, product-free nails unless removal is booked. Prices are starting prices; your final price is quoted from your reference photos before your appointment.

Privacy

Emails. Your email address is used for your appointment, design request or review. I only send deals and new-design emails if you tick “Email me deals and new designs” (or join the list) and confirm by clicking the link in a confirmation email. I record when and where you opted in, never sell or share your address, and every email has an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask me to delete your address and data completely by emailing me. Appointment emails (confirmations, reminders, review requests) are separate from marketing. If you use the Instagram feed or social links on this site, those platforms have their own privacy policies.

I collect only what's needed for your appointment: your contact details, notes, reference photos and, if you use the nail designer, your design (pictures and choices). Deposits are processed by Stripe — I never see or store your card. Your reference photos and designs are kept private (only I can see them) and are automatically deleted after 12 months. The designer saves your work-in-progress only in your own browser until you press send. Emails are sent through an email service (Postmark), texts only if you opt in (Twilio), and anything you type into the chat assistant may be processed by an AI provider, so please don't put sensitive details in the chat. I'll only share photos of your finished set if you've said yes. Use the contact form to have your data deleted.
