These Terms & Conditions apply to nailsbybrook.com and appointments with Nails by Brook, an in-person nail artist in Massachusetts. By booking or creating an account you agree to them and to our booking policies.

Appointments

Appointments are in person only; we do not ship nails. Deposits, cancellations, touch-ups and refunds follow our policies.

SMS Terms

Program name: Nails by Brook.
Messages: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, appointment changes (reschedules or cancellations), and one-time verification codes.
Message frequency varies.
Msg & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. After you reply STOP you will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed.
Opting in is optional: consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
